1878 COAT OF ARMS FIRST ISSUE 10c
1st Printing
Dark Blue, Medium to thick paper.  No dot or line under the `TA' of CENTAVOS except positions 42 and 50 that have it.  You go by color or feeling, or plating.  This printing can be plated.
A very interesting example of  pin perforated 10c 1st printing; some believe a sewing machine was used in these type of perforations.
2nd Printing
Clear Blue, Thin paper. Dot under `TA' of CENTAVOS, outside of border.
3rd Printing
