Stamps of PANAMA
10c Reprint
The 10c reprint has a very interesting story. Apparently the die cracked and it was not possible to used it. The 20c die was used instead that is the reason why the top left shield is filled. Some modifications have to be made to make it 10c. The "VEINTE" from the 20c die was removed and "DIEZ" was placed instead. Also the "20" was replaced for a "10". Each letter was place individually, so making possible to recognize the 3 different types.

These reprints were never used for postage.

These were printed as follow:
Type I
Type II
Type III

The "E" of the "DIEZ" is broken at top
The "DIE" of the "DIEZ" seems rotated upwards, but the "E" is touching the "Z" by a line.
The "0" of the left "10" is moved upwards.
The "0" of the left "10" is moved downwards.
The "1" of the left "10" is broken at the bottom.
